October 2026 Tax-Exempt Car Prices in Turkey: Togg, Egea, Megane and Duster

October 2026 prices have been published for cars that people with disabilities can buy with a special consumption tax (ÖTV) exemption in Turkey. A list compiled by Webtekno includes models from Togg, Fiat and Renault. The exempt prices are estimates calculated from current sale prices and tax rates, so final figures may change.

Tax-exempt car prices

The first two models on the list are Togg's electric cars. The list price of the Togg T10X V1 RWD Standard Range is 1,909,048 TL, with an estimated exempt price of 1,527,238 TL. The fastback Togg T10F V1 RWD Standard Range has a list price of 1,884,980 TL and an exempt price of 1,507,984 TL.

The Fiat Egea Sedan Easy 1.6 Multijet Manual sells for 1,499,900 TL, and its estimated exempt price falls to 849,100 TL. The Renault Megane Sedan Touch 1.3 TCe 140 bg has a list price of 1,841,000 TL and an exempt price of 1,052,000 TL.

The Renault Boreal Evolution Turbo TCe EDC 145 hp lists at 2,269,000 TL, with an estimated exempt price of 1,260,556 TL. The Renault Duster Evolution Eco-G 120 hp, which is suited to LPG, has a list price of 1,865,000 TL and an exempt price of 1,065,000 TL.

Tax exemption requirements

The source lists the following conditions. The buyer must have a disability rating of 90 percent or higher, or meet the special conditions set out in the regulations while having a disability rating below 90 percent. The total sale price including taxes must not exceed the legal ceiling of 2,873,900 TL. The vehicle must also meet a local content rate of at least 40 percent.

A health report matching the buyer's condition is required, along with a special equipment requirement where necessary. The ÖTV exemption can generally be used once every 10 years. For current prices, eligibility and application details, buyers are advised to contact an authorised dealer.
